Asslamu Alykum and Hi, 

As all you know Momin Qureshi passed away March 1st 2017.  We are going to keep Momin's legacy alive as remembering the Quran (becoming Hafiz)
" Momin want it to becoming an Hafiz of Quran" at Quran Acadamy of Musjid Al-Mustafa.

His beloved teacher  "Shaikh Ashraf" is one of the best Hafiz and Islamic Teacher in Greater area of Waterbury. Momin cleared 6th grade in Islamic Education and Hifz many Surah's of the Quran & learned Sunnah, prayers and he did many times Azan for Salat and recite Quran before starting religous program.  

Later he couldn't keep up due to his health and he learned at home and finished 16th Chapter Qaala Alam.

Masjid Al-Mustafa is a mosque that provides prayer services, educational classes, and social activities for adults and children in Waterbury, Connecticut.

Every year many childrens and adults take educational classes about Islam,  Become Hafiz of Quran, And learn how to follow the path of our Most Beloved Prophet Muhammah pbuh, as Sunnha.
  
As Momin Islamic Education Foundation we are going to collect money and pay for one or more childrens year fees who wants to become Hafiz and learn Sunnah and can't afford or having difficult finanical times. 

Monthly Fee of one Child is $75.00 and or yearly fee is $900. All the money from gofundme will be used to help kids for monthly fees for Eduction.

My name is Fawad Qurershi  and I'm  Momin Qureshi Father. He was born Jan. 7th 2004 in Bristol with Immunodeficiency,  which the immune system's ability to fight infectious disease if compromised or entirely absent. He was bleeding internally when he was born.  He was transfered from Bristol Hospital to CCMC. Doctors at CCMC identify after Bone Marrow test as he has HLH “hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis” HLH is a life-threatening condition. It’s often caused by an inherited problem of the immune system which is called “primary” HLH or “familial”HLH. Doctors can even sometimes call cells of the immune system “eating” other cells when they look at the bone marrow from a patient. This called hemophagocytosis. Treatment is StemCell or Bone Marrow Transplant.
As the condition is life-threatening the treatment Doctors use is Stem Cell or Bone Marrow Transplant. Doctors suppress the immune system, using Chemo Therapy and other meds. Momin stayed in Boston Children Hospital for Stem Cell Transplant from Sept. 2004 to Feb 2005. He celebrated first Birthday at 6 West, Boston Children's Hospital.  After beating HLH, and hundreds of visits to hospitals going under heavy Chemo and other meds he was given to beat HLH and keep him alive had seriously bad affect on his Lungs.

Now he is dignosed idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, a disease in which tissue in the lungs becomes thick or scarred over time and harder to breath. His right side of Lung is collapsed "pneumothorax" since last year and can't be fix due to fibrosis. They tried to fix it but it was super painful, like fish out of water....  Both lungs have to be replaced. 2015 was the wrost year for Momin, he fell sick and admitted in hospitals for 3 months, between Boston and Hartford CCMC, one week in ICU.
He can't walk more then 3min that's with oxygen. He is listed and awaiting for Double lung Transplant in National Registry. ISHLT. 

I'm Raising money to pay my son's medical bills as they are going in to collections and more coming every day. Everyone knows how insurance company’s work.
I have insurance from my work but Momin visits more often Hospitals and Specialists, Therapiests, and other speciality Doctors, their Co-Pays are high, Medical equipment expanive too, Some covered and some not by Insurance. Momin takes many different meds and a few are very expensive.

Just to be clear All Donations are going directly to an account setup to pay all the Medical expanses to Hospitals, Doctors, Medical Equipements and Collection angencies. Questions please feel free to let me know.
I started with what we owe on for Medical bills, but Momin got sick twice once in 2104 which I'm paying and now again we went CCMC and Boston since Dec 2nd till now Jan 14 2017 and looks like still have 2 to 3 weeks before we can go home.
In 2014 I took an personal loan to pay off some of his Medical bills due to Collection agencies was driving carzy.
