Lung Specialist

I had two lung collapses in 2008. First one in Feb 2008 and second in Sep 2008 both times they say it was Spontaneous Pneumothorax (lung collapse) and used chest tubes, the chest tubes did not work, so both times I had to undergo lung surgery. They say I "have the build for being prone to spontaneous lung collapse, being tall and skinny." 
I went to the ER the other day because I was having pain on my left side and couldn't sleep.  They did an Xray and said I have hyperinflated lungs which could mean COPD but they couldn't tell me and said I have to see a lung specialist.
I called lung specialists in Houston and told them my situation and I don't have insurance. Two places said the initial consultation will range from around 200- 400 and then I'll find out which tests I need to take afterward.
I'm financially struggling right now to make it and I can't afford the visit. I'm taking a 7 day steroid course right now and pain medication and just bought a prescription inhaler but it's still hard to sleep with the pain and I'm a bit concerned about what is going on. 
I'd greatly appreciate your help to make it if you can, anything will help while I try and save up.
