Loving Laura Mosley

My dear friend Laura Moseley is a kind, caring, and loving person. She has always tried to help those around her, and take care of her family. In November 2018 she began treatment for lung cancer. She had a large mass in lung that was non operational, went through 7 chemo therapy treatments, 33 radiation, 10 immune therapy treatments, and several other tests. She has had CT scans, blood work, MRI, and they believed that the cancer shrunk from 5.7 to 2.7.  While going through all of this she had to continue to work, when physically capable, because they could not receive financial support from the government due to the new year having started and the hours she worked in 2019 were 'not enough'.  She began to feel dizzy and having numbness in her left side a few days ago, around the 13th, and eventually went to the ER. This is when they discovered she had two spots on her brain and another spot on her lung. They are saying she now has adenocarcinoma stage 3b in lung. The brain has a marble sized spot on the right and the other spot is on the left side.She will be undergoing surgery and more radiation treatments. She is waiting to be transferred from her hospital to Emory Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a fighter, but she could definitely us some support. She will be missing a lot of work and her expenses are beginning to grow . Any amount that you are able to share is a blessing and greatly appreciated! Staying strong in 2019!
