Lost everything owned in a car fire

Raising money for a friend who was on her way to Bundaberg to move in with me when her car lit of fire all her belongings and car have been lost and she’s now stuck in croffs  Harbour nsw with no money left.  She needs to buy a car and more personal belongings cloth ect. Due to this her saving for rent, bed ect is now being used for more urgent things. 
Please help!
