Looking for help I promise to pay it forward

I am usually the one giving to posts like these but I am in desperate need of help. I lost my job May 16th of this year due to taking to much time off of work to give my son the help he needs. He has numerous doctors appointments all over the state. My son has an incurable genetic disorder called Echlers Danlos Syndrome. Channel 10 actually did a segment about him and you can watch it on u tube. Look up Shea Sargent the rising swim star and it should take you to the segment about Shea and what EDS is and how it affects our lives every day. Due to all these stressors I have not been taking care of my own medical needs. I can’t go back to work because I have to have a major surgery which I planned on having right away but I have been struggling financially I am about to loose my house, car and everything I have worked so hard for as a single parent and recovering alcoholic of almost 9 years. I have been to all the local agencies and churches, they have helped with food and utilities but that is not enough. My recovery time from my surgery will be about 6 weeks.
