Hi friends, family, strangers-
As you may know, all restaurants are closed for dine-in service, many restaurants have closed and many will never open again. Countless service industry employees have been laid off.
At Longbranch and Paisan, about 50 of our beloved staff - both front and back of house - have been laid off.
If you're able to help financially, all of these funds will be used to help support those who have been completely laid off. It will go towards basic necessities: bills, rent, groceries. $50,000 is merely a figure we came up with - that would come out to about $1,000 per person. But any little bit helps.
If you can't help financially, we understand. If you could give us a share, spread the word, you all have our eternal thanks.
We miss hospitality. Seeing our regulars and newcomers, making drinks, serving you guys food, and sending you home happy. We hope to share that time with you all again soon. Until then stay safe, stay apart, and we'll make it through together.
