London marathon / half Ironman / Merthyr half .

I need your help in raising funds for star light  UK children’s charity to help seriously ill children.

I’ll be running the Merthyr half marathon followed by the London marathon and to finish me off the Brecon half distance triathlon half iron man a total of ...114 MILES!!!
