Lola's Recovery

For anyone that knows me, knows I am a HUGE dog lover. My dog, Lola, is like my child and has been for the past 7 years. She has been there for me through some of the difficult times in my life and always made things better. 
This morning, I woke up to my poor baby getting sick all over the house and in that second I tried to remember what she ate last night to get her so violently sick. She had a dozen grapes. I immediately googled, "Can dogs eat grapes?" my heart sank after I read, “grapes are toxic for dogs and they can suffer from kidney failure that results in death." I called up Poison Control and brought her to Animal Hospital, they immediately took her in and informed me after they took her vitals that she is starting to get kidney failure and that she will need to be admitted to the hospital for 2 - 3 days, the cost of her being in the hospital and to get the surgery and medication for her condition to turn around is roughly $3200. As she is like my child, I will do anything to help her, so we gave the deposit so she can start to get all the help she needs. 
My fiancé and I are not only getting married this year but we have just recently faced some other financial burdens. As we all know, when it rains it pours. We are being optimistic but we are asking if anyone would please donate to alleviate the cost of the surgery, medication, and all the other fee’s we will be facing in the next few days. Anything will help and will be greatly appreciated.
