Once again, the Alameda County Fire Department (ACFD) and the Alameda County Firefighters Association-Local 55 are sponsoring their 6th ANNUAL BACK-TO-SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE .
The first Back to School Supply Drive started in the City of Emeryville in 2013 to help provide school supplies to underserved students throughout the school year.
This year, Local 55 and ACFD are expanding the distribution of school supplies to include programs in the unincorporated areas of Alameda County, San Leandro, Union City, Newark, Emeryville, and the Tri-Valley area.
Your contribution will greatly be appreciated by Local 55 and ACFD in continuing the efforts to support local students and families.
As members with the Alameda County Fire Department and Alameda County community, education for children is a big concern of ours. Our goal is to provide each child with basic school supplies that will bring hope in their lives.
