While staying fit and studying on campus at Lehigh University, Linzell and Juwon spent late nights doing some more studying and partying with friends. As their nights would progress and their stomachs would grumble, they began to notice that there was a lack of food options available for students to enjoy. This is when they decided to start LJ's Midnight Munchies, a late night food delivery service. The goal was simple: to provide a wholesome, handcrafted, and unique dining experience for a student-friendly price. Since opening up in early October of 2017, LJ's Midnight Munchies has seen tremendous success and exponential growth. Since we were only renting out kitchen space, it was difficult to maintain efficiency and keep up with our customer's orders. There was such an increase in demand that we at LJ's decided to pause operations in order to figure out how to meet it. It took some time but we have finally found a solution. In late January, we plan to open up our own storefront! Our very own restaurant so that we may offer the most personal and unique dining experience possible.
Everything that we want to be able to do, however, is not a cheap thing to finance. We have gained two investors who see the vision of LJ's Midnight Munchies and are willing to invest their time and resources into the growth of the business. However, we are still some ways away from being able to cover the construction of our restaurant. We truly want to be able to bring a taste of our lives and the taste of our food to our customers, but before we can do that, we need your help! We at LJ's are reaching out to any and everyone who hears this message, for a helping hand to assist us in making our dream a reality!
