This fundraiser is for beautiful baby niece Livia and her family.
Beautiful baby Livia was born on the 26th August 2016 and is a beautiful little sister to her 3 year old brother George. A few days ago Livia was taken to Canberra hospital with a large hard stomach, only to find out that she has a tumor, which they believed started on the adrenal glands and has spread to her liver. Now in the childrens hospital in Randwick Sydney, Livia has to undergo a number of tests, so the doctors can know if the have to operate or start chemo. The doctors have just told my sister in law that she will be in hospital for at least 6 weeks.
I have started this fundraiser, not only to help with medical costs but to help the family as well, as the cost of travelling from Sydney to Canberra is not cheap and to help cover the loss of wages and to help feed her beautiful family.
Lisa (Livias mother) is one of the kindest, caring and selfless person I know and to be stuck in hospital on Christmas just breaks my heart. I will do anything to help this family. No 3 month old should have to go through this. Livia is so beautiful and has a smile that will melt anyones heart.
Lisa has always been there for myself and her brother (my husband) and now its my turn to do something for her as we know now that money is going to be tight and although I know I can not make Livia better, but to put a smile on her parents face and help them lift some weight of their shoulders.
I will update the story once we get some more news. But for now she has to undergo a number of tests and results can take a week.
