LIVESAVING liver surgery for George
George is an 11 month old Bernese Mountain Dog puppy. He is a sweet and gentle boy who is about to be a big brother as his human parents are expecting a baby. George has always seemed healthy but blood work for his neuter revealed a liver issue. Follow up testing showed he he was born with liver shunts both inside and outside of his liver. His parents were very responsible and bought pet insurance but their policy is capped and cannot cover the cost of the diagnostics and surgery he requires to save his life. The Ontario Veterinary College assures us that they can fix him but the cost will exceed $10,000. If we can raise this money, George can have a chance at a normal life. If we can't, he will most certainly get sick and die.
George's parents were too proud and shy to ask for help. My name is, Dr. William Fleury, and I ma George's Veterinarian. I am starting this campaign on George's behalf. I am donating my own time an money to try and save this beautiful dog. Please help me make this happen.
