Little Red...Safe and Sound

Little Red Creative Studios is the brand new Arts Hub based in Luton’s town centre.
Directors Aimi Rix, Jamie Newell and Kelly Seaton created the CiC in 2017 and we now occupy a grade 2 listed building on George Street, Luton. It has needed lots of love and care, we signed the lease in November 2017 and with the support of our advocates and volunteers we have come a very long way!
Last year you helped us raise £2000 for the deposit on the lease and to clear out all the junk from the building, thank you so much.
April 2017 Our first visit to the studio.

April 2017 our first art exhibition

As a Community Interest Company we strive to fill a much needed gap in the arts for Luton town.
April 2017

We achieve this by providing space for artists of all disciplines to develop their skills and meet other established and aspiring artists.
April 2018

...and I t doesn’t stop there, we have a newly refurbished dance studio which will host many dance classes, rehearsals and also live music events, exhibitions and much more.

We (the 3 directors) and some wonderful volunteers have worked very hard to provide this space but we still have a way to go.

This is will be the coffee shop

We will have an in-house coffee shop where artists can trade space for labour, this mutual arrangement benefits both parties and offers training in hospitality as an added bonus.
Our photography and editing suit is still in need of urgent TLC and furniture. The studio can be hired out for private shoots. Photographer and videographer Jamie will be running workshops on street photography, film editing and much more.
The studio is already buzzing with excitement and artists are coming and going regularly and as the hub grows we are finding many more essentials are needed for the building and to make the space comfortable for our visitors.
We are providing as much as we can by ourselves but could use a little extra help with furniture, equipment and repairs.
We urgently need an intercom system, security camera, tables and chairs, curtains, doors, office furniture, sound system and much much more!
Follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to keep up with our progress and events.
We appreciate your time and any donation you can comfortably afford.
Many thanks
