Little Grant and Family

This is my son, Grant.  He is 6 weeks old today (2 days before Christmas) and hasn't been out of the hospital yet.  After a difficult pregnancy, this little guy was born 8 weeks premature.  The birth was stressful on him and he required CPR before taking his first breath.  Afterwards, Grant seemed perfectly healthy for a preemie but then began showing signs of trouble.  He was unusually lethargic and not eating much before falling back to sleep.  At 3 weeks of age, before deciding to transfer him to another hospital (for the second time) or even home, the hospital decided to run some scans of his brain.  To make the long story short, Grant has a blood clot, a small hemorrhage and some fluid build-up in his brain.  The doctors are sure that with treatment, it will clear itself up and heal (though he may have some learning disabilities in the future).  In the meantime, I, along with my other 2 sons, travel over an hour away every day to bring Grant his pumped breast milk and visit and cuddle with him.  It's getting expensive and I'm really beginning to find making ends meet difficult.  Asking for help is not my strongest suit, so after several people's suggestion, i thought i would give this a try.
