Lita's Surgery Fund

My dog, Lita, suffered a knee injury in June.  After 3 mos, we realized she won't heal without surgery.  She underwent surgery this week.  Because she's not even 3 y/o yet, we thought it important to do all we can to help her lead a happy, healthy, normal life again.  She misses playing with her 4-legged and 2-legged friends at doggie day care, going for long walks/runs, and releasing energy with the zoomies.  Because her surgery will cost $5000, we cannot afford the full cost.  I have been able to save $3000 for a rainy day and have already paid it towards the $5000 total cost.  But I do need help and Lita means the world to me.  After my 2 other dogs died due to old age, I got Lita and fell in love!  I've had her since she was 8 weeks old and she has been by my side through a job loss, moving, and the death of my father.  She keeps my mom company during the day so mom is not alone and Lita always greets us with kisses when one of us comes home after a long day.  She is not "just a dog"; she is one of our family members.  I would be so grateful if you could help me help her.  I know there is a lot of tragedy in the world today that you may be donating, too, but even a little helps my little 4-legged one to live a life pain free.  Whatever you can donate will be much appreciated!  Thank you!
