Lindi's Medical Expenses
On behalf of Washington State Gymnastics, Northwest Gymnastics Academy, and the entire Mattinson Family, I am asking for much needed help.
Lindi Mattinson was in a horrific head on collision on Wednesday September 13th in Hailey, Idaho, and our entire comminity is thanking God that she survived. Unfortunately, Lindi is now facing the fight of her life. While we will keep you posted on Lindi's condition as information becomes available, we do know that her right leg will need to be amputated above her knee, and that doctors are doing everything they can to save her other leg. She also has extensive internal injuries, as well as facial, pelvic and arm fractures.
More than anything, Lindi and her family needs our prayers. But there is no denying that Lindi will also need a lot more. Our hope is that together we will be able to help with some of the financial burden her family faces ahead. Nothing about this recovery is going to be easy, and there is no doubt that your contribution will make a difference in her life. Please keep this young lady in your prayers.
