Disability Essentials For My Boys

My two sons have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Autism (and asthma, and a few other things).  I also have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Autism (and about 20 other things lol).  I use a wheelchair when we leave the house, and due to Dysautonomia, and constant subluxations (partial dislocations), I am in need of a full time carer (my husband, who thus can not work - we fully rely on goverment payments for income).

We have struggled for years, and could really use some help. Thank you!!!
