Lily’s emergency care

Hey guys. 
As most of you know, Lily is my best friend. I love her like my own child and would do anything for her. 
Earlier today, she got out of the house and ran right into the side of an oncoming car. We are at the vet right now waiting for more news, but so far she is going to have to stay overnight for pain management and observation on her injuries. She injured her paw pretty badly and we are waiting to see if she needs surgery. 
The vet bill currently is estimated for close
to $1,900 on the high end but could be more if she needs the surgery done, as well. 
She is currently being helped at Cascade Veterinary in Tigard 

I normally wouldn’t go around asking for help and money like this, but I don’t know what else to do. I just started my new job today so I won’t get paid from it for awhile. 

Anything will help.

Update; the vet informed us that she has a fracture in 2 spots on her paw, causing her paw to angle wrongly. This cannot be solved with a cast, and requires a surgical metal plate installed. The cost of the surgery is estimated for $3,000-4,000 on top of her original fees.
