Lily and Lola's vet treatment

Lily and Lola have been in my life for almost 10 years, after I adopted them from The Dogs Trust. The three of us have been through lots of ups and downs over the years; house moves, ill health, relationships coming and going. We are all tough cookies but lately life has been taking its toll on us.
I have the very best pet insurance for Lily and Lola but when they turned 10 years old my excess increased to £125 per dog per condition plus I now have to pay 20% of all treatment. This 20% clause is where things have been getting really tricky for me lately.
As some of you will know, I have a medical condition called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and have been ill for 3 years. At the moment I am unable to work so my income comes purely from my Etsy store.
Lily is receiving ongoing treatment for a potential collapsed trachea but also has issues with fluid on her chest which causes episodes of breathlessness. This morning (11.08) she was rushed to the vets for emergency oxygen, steroid injections and another course of diuretic tablets to make her condition stable once again. She may have to stay in over the weekend.
Lola currently has a bladder infection and as of yesterday (10.08) is on antibiotics but as her pee is showing lots of blood and crystals she will need a scan of her bladder. Ideally this needs to be done next week. Depending on whether she can stay still enough for the scan or not, she may need further tests. She had surgery for bladder stones in 2015 and it is highly likely that they have returned and she will need surgery again. I will be responsible for 20% of this which will be hundreds and hundreds of pounds.
I am doing everything I can to ensure Lily and Lola get the treatment they need as soon as possible but I am buckling under the pressure; physically, mentally, and financially.
