Lift Her - Back to School

This summer I am hoping to raise enough money to be able to help at least five single mothers for the upcoming school year. For every $200 raised, I would like to give a mom gift cards for both Old Navy and Staples in order to help relieve some of the financial stress of back-to-school shopping.  

Raising children alone comes with many struggles. The financial burden that goes hand-in-hand with single parenting can be crippling for some parents, especially in today's economy. To help with this particular cost won't eliminate all of the other stresses in these parent's lives, but it will be one less thing they have to worry about over the summer, giving them a little extra space to enjoy these next couple warm months with their kids.
