Life after survival for Gerald

After a fall off a cliff i was stranded at the bottom of the ravine and had to crawl for 4 days to be rescued and now I'm in desperate need of help paying these medical bills that are steadily increasing by the day. It's an overwhelming thought being unable to work 4 an indefinite amount of time in the future and without medical insurance. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you and God bless.
