We wish reaching out to all of you was on better circumstances. On Friday afternoon, we almost lost someone who we consider a sister, Jessy. She fought for her life against her husband of 5 years on a day that she thought she was going to have a nice Valentine’s Day date.
Instead she came home after being concerned of his whereabouts and found her car crashed about 1/4th of a mile from her home. Troubled, she drove home as quickly as possible and found him sleeping on the couch, then attempted to retrieve the keys for the crashed car. Unbeknownst to her she would be fighting for her life for the next 30 minutes. The aftermath of her attack resulted in severe tissue damage to her nose and multiple contusions to her head and arms. The damage wasn’t just physically done to Jessy, but to her home as well that she shares with her 2 young children.
We are asking for assistance for our friend and her kids due to the destruction of her home and car. She is on a single income now and the damages amounted are beyond her capacity. With the money we are requesting she would be able to pay her rent, electricity, car payment and repair/replace the damages done to her home.
