Hello there, wonderful people!

My name is Krzysztof Moszyński and I am a young liberty activist from Poland. Of course, there are many more things to say about me, but the most relevant point for the purpose of this campaign is this — my love for liberty.

Born in Warsaw, Poland, I graduated from a music school. With a fragile body, plenty of health problems and a very timid personality, I was a typical bookworm. However, during middle school, I met a man who inspired me to open up to the world. He was a catechist who — unlike many other teachers — treated every student with respect and kindness. Rather than school us, he would often ask tough questions, forcing us to think for ourselves; much like a modern-day Socrates. The honest pursuit of all that is true and right is what I was taught and what stuck with me for the rest of my life.

If you are here, chances are, you already know about the importance of liberty. Governments have a habit of always trying to increase their power over citizens. If not systematically checked and monitored by an active and somehow aware society, even a modern democratic state can easily become tyrannical.

It is the duty of liberty activists to fight against the wave of statist policies and defend individual freedom in these difficult times. This is what I am doing and what I am here for, which is why I am currently gathering the funds necessary to participate in Project Arizona.

It is a special educational program for people who fight for the cause of economic freedom and individual liberty. The project includes sessions at the Arizona State University, internships at partner organizations and meetings with prominent figures from the liberty movement. It's a one-in-a-lifetime opportunity for me to better educate myself, so that I can be even more effective in developing my projects in Poland.

Of course, I already have some accomplishments to back me up. It is thanks to those achievements that I successfully qualified as one of only ten people chosen for the Project from all over the world.

In regards to my occupation, I am first and foremost a teacher. I believe that every social change starts by changing the way people think. To make the world around me a better place, I've created and carried out courses on self-knowledge, successful relationships and personal efficiency.

Having been trained in the field of Austrian economics by the Mises Institute in Poland, I went on to become one of the most active members of the 'Economics Lessons for Youth' project in Warsaw. I was decorated as the best mentor for 2016/2017 and one of the most outstanding teachers of 2018.

After participating in the Polish-American Leadership Academy, I graduated as one of the top students, which got me a place at the Lviv Leadership Academy, as well as a scholarship at the private business school ASBiRO. I used this opportunity to strengthen the ties between liberty activists and liberty-minded entrepreneurs.

Since then, together with the PAFERE Foundation, I created a project called 'Economics for Catholics', focused on spreading knowledge of economics among the Catholic youth in Poland. Together with entrepreneurs from ASBiRO, I’m also developing the 'Prawiatan Chamber of Commerce' that aims to push free-market solutions directly into Parliament.

There are still many things I can do to change my country to set in on a course towards freedom. However, I'm still very inexperienced. To pay for my education in Arizona, I have already gathered $3500 out of $6500 needed. For the rest, I will need your help.
