Sage's vet expenses

My cat, Sage, has been diagnosed with hepatic lipidosis (fatty liver disease). She's had to have a feeding tube placed in her neck. She can pull through with treatment, time, and dedication to her feedings, but her vet bills are getting extremely large and I'm losing wages caring for her and taking her to the vet (2 1/2 hours away). I've already had to put $1300 on a credit card that I can't afford and this is just the beginning. She's one of the only things that give me any real joy in life and helps me with my anxiety and depression and I can't lose her, not to something so treatable. She's only 8 and is the sweetest cat. It's heartbreaking seeing her like this, I need to do everything I can to get her through.
