May 2nd is a day our family will never forget. My in-laws, Bob and Lorraine Lewandowski, lost their home in a fire.
Bob was the only one home at the time but luckily he was able to get out safely! Lorraine had spine surgery in January and has been in rehab working on her recovery and counting down the days until she was going home. She was scheduled to come home May 3rd. They say God works in mysterious ways and this goes to show just that. We are so very thankful and blessed that they are both safe and here with us.
It's so devastating to think of all the years they worked so hard, to finally be able to build their dream home and in an instant, it's gone. What do they do? Where do they begin? What can we do? So many have reached out wanting to help get them back on their feet, I set this up in hopes to do just that.
