Let's Get Him Home!
Yi Yuan just turned 12. He fit into our family life as if he'd always been here! This little guy has the sweetest heart...EVER! Yi Yuan is silly and goofy and loves Mexican food and Justin Beiber. (ugh! LOL!)
Yi Yuan has cerebral palsy. It is mild and affects his right hand and side. When he comes home, he will need physical therapy and occupational therapy to keep up the skills he has already elarned. There isn't anything he can't or doesn't want to do!
This little guy would hold the car door open for me, do the dishes and help with any chores he possibly could. He loves bright orange and lime green. Makes for interesting clothes choices!
Yi Yuan loves his Mei mei! (little sister) Poor guy sobbed and sobbed when he had to say goodbye, it just broke my heart. I told him when he came back, he was going have to leanr English and go to school like Mei mei. He told me he would work VERY hard!
As soon as I go back from the airport to send Yi Yuan back to China, Delaney asked me how soon we were goign to see him again. That night, when we went to bed, she was thinking how she could raise money to help!
Delaney, my mom and I are thankful everyday that adoption brought us together, that we were given the opportunity to host and that God lead us all to each other. He did not bring this incredible child into our lives by chance, Yi Yuan is trully part of our family.
We need to raise $30,000 in total to bring Yi Yuan home, hopefully, by the end of the year!
Thank you for considering helping one of the world's millions of orphans! He will be ONE LESS!!!
Sincerely ~ Cyndi, Delaney and Sylvia Ramsell
I cannot express how much I appreciate all the love and support that has come from near and far, and from those I know and those I do not.
From starting off hosting, to now gaining an amazing son, our family truly appreciates all that has been done to help bring Yiyuan home!
Follow along on our journey on Facebook and on our Three Countries-One Family FB page, and please keep us lifted in prayer for safe and smooth sailing as we travel during these crazy times in our world's stability!
My heart is humbled by your generosity, it is not easy to ask for support and fundraise, but it was all so worth it!
Warm Regards and love ~ The Ramsells (all of us!)
Our sincere thanks to everyone who has helped us along the way in whatever manner was possible! We are truly grateful and love our "village"!
We leave April 12th and homecoming will be home April 29th! Thank you all for your support and kind words and well wishes! It has meant the world to us!
Blessings! The Ramsell Family
This journey has been filled with so much love and support from so many we know, and we even some do not know. YiYuan will be made aware of how much love went into helping him first come for hosting, and now, come home forever! We thank each and everyone of you for donating to our fund to give him a chance in life.
We are in the final stages of funding travel expenses, which include adoption fees in-country and medical exams. Thank you for forwarding and sharing getting us passed these final few dollars we need to get to China! It isn't easy to fundraise, but everyone has made this so easy!
With warm hearts ~ The Ramsell Family
Even more exciting, we are now only $3000 away from reaching our final funding goal !!! Thanks to the support from our family and friends, as well as another generous grant! Only $3000, y'all !! Yiyuan is waiting and is excited to come home and see everybody and be with his forever family!!
Everyone's support and encouragement has been heart warming and so very appreciated! We need to make this last push for the final program and travel fees. Please share and forward as you can, so we can make Yiyuan a US citizen! He will be one less orphan thanks to his American village!
With love ~ Cyndi, Delaney, Sylvia and Yiyuan
