Let's help Mindy Cozart

My sister was diagnosed with stage 3 lymphoma and lung cancer. Getting to this diagnosis has been hell on my body with more to come. I am strong, spiritual and very bull headed. This will take her down for awhile but it will NOT win. She will walk out of this the victorious one because that is who she is.  She will be starting chemo and radiation soon and they are going to hit it hard for the first six weeks. We are thankful for all the new medications and treatments that are available to help her win this fight. Mindy however will not be thankful for the hair loss etc.  Her perspective on life has already been changing. This diagnosis has truly made all of use reorganize family priorities.  Our love goes out to each and every one of you. Be strong for her on the days she's not able to do it herself. The power of prayer is miraculous! The chest tube stitches are out thank goodness. The throat injection for my paralyzed vocal cord will not be happening as my insurance refuses to cover it. When I asked how much it would cost me to do it I was told $4830.00. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????
