Let's get Jackline and Peter a job!

We have trained thousands of students in our HFC Uganda Computer Training Center (CTC) and many have found computer-related jobs. Some even go on to become technology instructors themselves. In some very rare cases, we find students that possess rare talent, passion and people skills who want to join as CTC instructors.
We found two of these amazing rarities in Jackline and Peter, who both were facing pretty tough circumstances.
Jackline's dad was a fisherman, and was barely making ends meet supporting his family and ten children living in the slums of Masese. When government regulations forced him out of business, the family fell on desperate times. We brought Jackline into the CTC and trained her for free in an attempt to give her some job skills. Surprisingly, despite never having had any computer training, Jackline found her passion in technology and specifically in technology training. She has been volunteering her time as an instructor in the CTC for the past few months and has been doing an excellent job.
Peter started taking free training at the CTC and despite having no previous computer training, he landed a job, which "changed his life", at a local photo studio as a graphic designer and photo editor. He loved technology training and began volunteering his time after work as an instructor in the CTC as well. Unfortunately, the photo studio closed and Peter lost his job. After eight months of volunteering, his passion is now to become a full-time instructor at the CTC.
We want to offer Jackline and Peter full-time employment at the CTC, which will not only connect them with their passions but will also allow provide opportunities to other students seeking our help in the CTC. However, donations to our non-profit (Hackers For Charity) are somewhat sporadic, and I don't want to be in a situation where we offer Jackline and Peter jobs and then have to turn them away if funds run dry.
Our hope is to raise $1,200 to help build a salary pool for Peter and Jackline which will provide a baseline salary and offer them the job security they deserve. 100% of the funds will go towards their salaries, and additional donations beyond this goal will be used to extend their contracts and provide more job security.
