Let’s Bless the Bakers!

Donation protected
On August 26th the sweet Baker Family discovered that Aaron has a life threatening aneurysm on his aorta that will need to be repaired.  Since then they have met several times with doctors at both USC and UCLA.  It has been decided that surgery will be on Wednesday, October 30th (Aaron’s birthday!) at USC.  The first surgery will be a bypass to help prepare for the second surgery, the open heart reconstruction. Both surgeries will take place at the USC medical center.

With all of the extra costs that the Baker family will come across over this next month, we thought it would be a blessing to have a place for family and friends to donate to the Bakers. These financial gifts will cover a place for Jill (and family) to stay near USC, as well as expenses such as gas traveling back and forth from Santa Barbara to LA, a parking pass for the hospital, and any medical costs from the surgery and hospital stay that are not covered by Aaron’s insurance. In addition, Aaron won’t be able to return to work for 4-6 months as he recovers from his surgeries. Aaron is a local firefighter and has given so much to the community, it’s time to give back :) We appreciate any donations you’re able to give to this amazing family during this hard time.
