URGENT! Tickets are selling out QUICKLY!!!!
As an anti-racist group, White People for Racial Justice of San Gabriel Valley who has an accountability relationship with our Black Lives Matter Pasadena group, we thought the kids that they care for and make a difference in their lives might like an opportunity to attend an exciting event like the opening night of Black Panther. I checked with Amber and Jasmine and they said 25 tix would be great! These are the kids from the Freedom School this summer that we all supported. They are teens from the East Pasadena Neighborhood that are mentored by Jasmine Richards and Amber Wilson of Black Lives Matter Pasadena. We know this group because we've supported their community efforts including buying lunch for the Freedom School over the summer and funding field trips and rides for the kids to places like Magic Mountain at their request.

The total for the tix are $500, I wanted to make sure we can get them popcorn and soda as well so, another $300 should take care of that. As soon as I have enough, I will purchase them. Any amount you can donate is awesome.
The sooner the better, they are selling out fast! We're trying to get them to the 8:00 pm showing at the Arclight on Thursday, February 15th. If I raise enough $ and the tix are still available, we will be good to go! Once I get enough money to purchase the tickets, I will buy them online and give them to Amber and Jasmine who will be with the kids at the movies on February 15th. I will also give them the other money raised for snacks for the kids.
