Let's help Ms. Monique

Many of you know Monique from Beth Yeshurun Day School where she has been a much beloved teacher for the past 38 years...She now enjoys teaching the second generation of children whose parents she once taught. Monique was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Melanoma.  She is currently undergoing Immunotherapy at MD Anderson.  Monique is an amazing mother, daughter, sister, grandmother and friend, who would never hesitate to help another in need. Monique has not been able to work since her diagnosis.  Up until this point, Monique has refused to accept financial assistance from friends and family, but due to changing circumstances we feel now is the time to step in and assist her in any way we can.

As this is an extremely difficult time for Monique and her family, we as their friends, ask that you please help her and her family as they face this difficult journey together. By raising funds for her family, we hope to ease some of the stress and financial pressure they will face with this new challenge. 

Monique has a tough battle ahead of her and with the help of her family and friends, she will get through it but she needs your help.

All funds will go to Monique’s medical expenses and will provide immeasurable help to Monique and her family so they can focus on fighting the physical and emotional battle ahead of them.
