Help Mike get back on his bike

As many of you know, Mike had an unexpected complication to a GI bug called Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) that left him facing paralysis and searching for answers.  His symptoms quickly progressed over the July 4th holiday to where he had minimal balance, had drastic tingling in his hands and feet and had lost almost all feeling in his face (he couldn't smile, raise his forehead and could barely close his eyes or chew his food).  This is a very rare auto immune disease that effects less than 20,000 people a year in the United States.

All of the  tests including CT Scans, chest X-ray, MRI and a Lumbar Puncture lead to his the diagnosis culminated to the 10 day hospital stay and 5 treatments of Plasma Exchange (plasmapheresis) including a delightful catheter tube in his jugular for the length of the stay.  Luckily, with time, Mike should make a full recovery; however, needless to say, the medical bills are mounting and the Potekhen's could use our help!

Mike is self-employed and working to build a construction remodel business.  The recovery time to be back to 100% can take months. 
Please help us in raising money to help Mike, Sarah and their 2 young kiddos get through these difficult times in the face of growing medical bills.  His family does so many things for other people expecting nothing in return. That is why I am reaching out to you because they would not.
