Leigh’s memorial bench

Hi everyone, I hope you don’t feel I’m being cheeky but I have been making enquires regarding a memorial bench for Leigh. The 5th anniversary of his passing recently came and went, I feel the time has come to have something and somewhere to go reflect and remember him. Dunvant Meadow is the perfect place, the park is always full over laughter from the children playing there, Leigh was always full of life and fun. Rollies garage is just across the road, Leigh spent most of his time as a teenager and young man messing around with cars and bikes there. He was never happier than when he was covered in oil. The track and woods are directly opposite, a place where he got up to all sorts with his mates growing up. To me the park is a place where I now take my grandson Eli Leigh, sit and reflect, I just feel it would be so lovely to have his own bench, not only as a place of reflection for everyone but somewhere for Eli to say, that was my uncle Leigh, and give him a big hello for years to come.
