Legal Funds for Bary Family

We are the Bary family and are originally from Bangladesh but have made Sheffield our home since fleeing persecution in our homeland due to membership of a political party. We are not able to return to Bangladesh as threats have been made against us but we have so far not won our case to be granted leave to remain in the UK. We have even been the victims of harassment in the UK by another Bangladeshi person within the same group and this person was convicted in a British court of putting us in fear of violence. Thankfully a restraining order was placed against this person, but in Bangladesh the government would not protect us, and our lives would be in danger.
We are raising money to cover legal costs to fight our case with the Home Office. We would like to submit new evidence but if we do so and the case goes to a judicial review we may not be covered by legal aid. Funds might be needed within days in this case. It is also possible that we could receive removal orders at any time and funding to fight this might not be covered by legal aid. We are currently barred from working while our case is decided so are unable to fund our own legal costs.
Our two boys, Amer and Adyan Bary, who are aged 4 and 20 months were born in the UK and this is the only home they know. Amer goes to the local primary school and loves it there. We are active members of the local community. I volunteer to try and gave something back to others.We are both trying to gain as much knowledge in order to integrate into the UK. We would be most thankful for the opportunity to settle in the UK and make our permanent home here. We could then work and support ourselves, and also give our children the stability they so desperately need.
We would be very grateful if you could help us in our fight for leave to remain and promise you that if given the right to residence in the UK we will be upstanding citizens and will make a positive contribution to our adopted country.
