Legal fees for LGBT harassment case

Starting in 2012, I have been verbally and physically harassed for my gender identity by the organizers of a Renaissance Faire. The first incident being in 2012 when one of their then member-now President created a fake Facebook account to out me as transgender, mock me and attempt to have me banned from the event. Since then I’ve endured verbal harassment in the form of homophobic and transphobic slurs and well as having objects such as trash, soda cans and food thrown at me and have been told I have been banned from certain events.
Last year I finally made my story public and spoke out, with several others, about the harm these people have caused. For these actions I was issued a cease and desist to keep my mouth shut and stop talking about the years of harassment she put me through.
Despite backing down, last week I was issued a court summons saying that this person is holding me responsible for her “having a seizure” and losing her job at Six Flags Great Adventure. She has no proof of what caused her job loss.
she also stated in her summons that she wants to hold me responsible for her car being egged and in the police report specifically blames people of the LGBTQ community for the egging of her car- again, with no proof. Not even photos.
She is lying about all of this in an attempt to get $385,000 out of me and I’m absolutely done with her harassment and abuse. The money I’m raising here is to help cover my lawyer fees so I can properly end this situation and see to it that she stays away from me.
Renaissance Faires should be a place of safety and expression, not used as a tool for harassment and sadly this is what this particular Renaissance Faire has become in the last few years since they took charge. She even went as far as hiring a local drag troupe to show how ‘Pride friendly’ they were last year in an a poor attempt to save themselves.
It’s not much, But unfortunately it’s too much for me to pay on my own so ANY assistance with this is greatly appreciated. After years I’m tired of being harassed, tired of being mocked, tired of being blamed for someone else’s shit. I am striking back and striking back as hard as I can to make sure this year’s of harassment ends. I need the money by June 20th. So my lawyer and I can get our paperwork filed and get the ball rolling. Please share this, especially in the Renaissance Faire and LGBTQ communities. Our people need to be safe.
