Join us in making a difference to one of the best cultural events held in Leeds . Leeds West Indian Carnival wants this year’s carnival to be bigger and better and to ensure the continuation of this fantastic event by promoting the art of making carnival costumes through youth development and adding more fringe events in the lead up to August bank holiday.
