ASSÔWÔ, which means stand up is a non-profit arm of Ging- products in rural Côte d´Ivoire we produce and transform all natural ingredients from women´s farm and in addition empower them by giving them leadership tools as well as training opportunities trough agricultural activities. Our mission with ASSÔWÔ is to create jobs and trainings opportunities for women in rural areas trough agricultural activities.
OUR HOW
Our program aims to provide a livelihood to African women farmers in rural areas. We do this by providing them with the tools and support needed for the production of ginger and other natural ingredients. In return will purchase these products from these women owned farms and use them in the production of Ging products.
OUR CORE BELIEFS
We believe in investing in agriculture; providing training, knowledge,
tools as well as fostering local talent and skills, while simultaneously providing educational and employment opportunities and a better livelihood for women farmers.
- We believe in creating a female-empowered skilled work force in rural Côte d´Ivoire.
We believe in to offer a fair wage to the working women in rural area.

HOW WILL YOUR CONTRIBUTION BE USED
Our program is starting soon.
1. In the first instance, part of the money raised will be used to build a courtyard where our program will take place.
2. And secondly, it will be used to purchase training material needed for our members during the course of the program.
• Benches for a least hundred participants
• 1 projector
• 1 computer
• 3 Rol ups and 3 banners
• 300 pieces of pens
• 1 blackboard
• pens
• 400 spiral notebooks
• 1 printer + 1 copy machine
• 2 microphones
• 1 year subcription to internet
• 3000 pieces T-Shirt
If we raise more money we will plan to buy additional material which are needed during our program. we will take more participants as there are many women from neighboring villages that like to participe to our Leadership&Empowering program.
