Launch South Shore Construction!

South Shore Collective is a public benefit hybrid nonprofit registered in the State of Oregon whose mission is to create a better tomorrow today through job creation and our charitable programs.

We need to become self-funding in order to further our mission and with your help we will be able to create much needed jobs for those who need them most while raising wages globally.

In order to become self-funding we need to become a hybrid nonprofit which is a nonprofit that owns for-profit entities. South Shore Construction and Drafting and Design will be our first for profit endeavors.

We have over 30 years of commercial construction experience with degrees in drafting and design and bachelors in construction management. We are also trained by the Associated General Contractors of America’s Supervisory Training Program. Our management has been there done that with boots on the ground union training we cannot fail in this industry.

Incorporating South Shore Construction under the nonprofit insures all profits come back to benefit the people of Oregon to create more jobs and opportunities for the disadvantaged. Eventually we want to build tiny homes for the homeless at no charge.

Unlike many organizations and nonprofits with your help we will become 100% self-funding which means we will never need to have another fundraiser like this.

Help us launch South Shore Construction and Drafting and Design so we can offer union carpenters apprenticeships to the homeless and disadvantaged and create a better tomorrow today!
