Laptop Replacement for a Deserving Teacher

My friend and fellow teacher, Ginger Aleman, was writing a paper on her laptop at Starbucks, working toward completing part of her Masters Degree in Educational Leadership. Someone stole her laptop as she sat there working and ran out and into a waiting getaway car. Despite the help of a stranger and the police, Ginger doesn’t have a laptop to use for her schoolwork.

Ginger was named the teacher of the year at our campus last year and she has 4 amazing daughters who look up to and respect her as they should. She describes this horrible event as “just another part of my crazy life” but I believe that together we can help to right the wrongdoing that was done to her.

I estimate that $2000 would help her to buy a replacement laptop computer so she can continue working toward her Masters Degree. In this season of giving, I hope you find yourself generous enough to give to someone who is very deserving and has been dealt a really bad day. Let’s try to have the money available by Christmas to give Ginger a great Christmas gift.
