10th Annual SCVA Summer Soiree

Hello everyone,
We are Lakas Volleyball Club located in the Bay Area. We are entering our 7th season and we have gained a lot of respect in the volleyball community. We are one of the most affordable club program in the area, which is great to be able to say that because it gives every athlete an opportunity to play the sport they love. We focus on developing the girls' skills and promoting teamwork.
Our tuition only covers the basics: local tournament fees, practice, and gear. That means that for any special tournaments parents have to pay out of pocket for fees, travel expenses, food, etc.
This year our 18's Power Team is looking to venture out to more tournaments so they can get exposed to college coaches, see different competition, and gain memorable experiences. The Southern California Volleyball Association is hosting their 10th Annual Summer Soiree volleyball tournament in Anaheim, CA. Our 17's team attended last year and we did extremely well. We placed in the bronze division at the tournament. We are looking to raise money to send these amazing, talented girls out there to compete. The money we raise will go towards the tournament fee, girls' stay, travel, and gym time. The tournament is held June 28th so we need to have the funds raised by June 15th to have enough time to enter. This would mean so much to the club and the girls so that they can really showcase their talents and experience a whole new level of competitive volleyball.
