La. Disabled Vet in Need

I AM NOT SEEKING A HANDOUT, I am seeking a HAND-UP!!
I am a Disabled Veteran, currently residing at Camp Nora [Covington, LA] for Transitioning/Homeless Vets for the past 6 weeks.

I have a total income of $644 a month [current VA benefits].  Even though I have multiple cases/appeals, it could take years for the VA to approve, so each month I go further in debt [currently about $18,662.00 in debt].

My situation is:
   ...double fracture of my right great toe
   ...left knee (I wear a knee brace, and use a walking cane)
   ...lower back lumbar with arthritis
   ...Tinnitus [constant ringing the ears]
   ...chronic migraines from the PTSD and Tinnitus

I have applied to a variety of resources, but each one takes a while to process/approve, and with mounds of paperwork to fill out [most of them take several months], so thus far have rec'd nothing in support for my financial drawbacks.

My Prayer... that you find it in your heart to help me with a HAND-UP, not a hand-out.  I am truly grateful for any and all assistance.
