Brit Ahm Synagogue Building

Brit Ahm Synagogue has been renting/meeting at our current location for over 4 years with the intent to purchase the building at the end of our lease. We were informed this week that a major corporation has notified the owners that they intend to make an offer to purchase the building. In our lease we have the right of first refusal, however, we only have 3 days from the date that an official offer comes in to excerise our right. In order do so we have to be able to match the offer made by this corporation. We have been told the offer will be a cash offer of 750,000 dollars. So, we now have about one week to raise enough money to be able to match their offer.

This is where you come in. We would like to make this purchase debt free if possible. This may sound like a lot of money and a short time. But in reality we just need 150,000 people to donate $5.00 each to reach our goal.  Or 75,000 to donate $10.00 each. Well you can see that this goal is easily achievable if all of our friends will donate a small (Or as large as possible) amount and then share this with all of their friends.
