Kyoko's first visual album

Hi All!
I feel extremely grateful to currently live in Los Angeles and to pursue my career as an actor and musician. As many of you know, I have funded most of my own projects at this point -- PRINCE was my self-directed and produced music video, and HOME was my self-directed short film. I funded both of these projects with a full-time job and part-time gigs to pay for the production and spent many sleepless nights wearing many hats to not give up on completing the project.
NEXT PROJECT / VISUAL ALBUM
Using all of my experience and combining all of my passions, I am fundraising for my first visual album. I'd like to start this project with out compromising any part of the vision due to budget restraints, or spreading myself too thin; it would be so amazing to be able to just focus on performing as an artist for this project and to really give it my all, and to hire the experts who can help make the vision come to life!
I would like to be able to hire a director, cinematographer, producer, and sound engineer to fully make my vision come to life for my first visual album and to focus on giving my best performance and invest more time into finishing the narrative. I would like to invite other queer femmes from London and LA to collaborate on this album and to complete the vision I always dreamed of.
My visual album is based on a story about KAGUYA, a japanese folklore about a princess from the moon. She comes to earth through the way of a bamboo stalk - and so much of this story resonates with my name - KYOKO (meaning vibrations of sound child) and TAKENAKA (in the bamboo). It talks about the idea of happiness, what we strive for, and what our future can be when in union with nature and sisterhood.
Please help me make this vision come to life!
with love and gratitude,
Kyoko
