Male suicide prevention

My brother Omar  was the happiest, strongest,  funniest man to everyone around him, but sadly this was not how he felt on the inside. In November 2017 he took his own life. We had no idea how low he was feeling and I only wish he has spoken to someone and ask for help. Our aim is to raise money for a charity that deals with prevention of male suicide. We are hoping to complete lots of group activities, such as hikes, obstacle courses etc with as many people as we can. It can be a simple chat with a friend whilst walking that could save someone's life.
