FDNYPudgie is a chicken we found while in Chicago playing against Chicago Fire .
The players ended up taking care of the chicken for the duration of our trip.
When it was time to go home we did not want to leave him behind so he actually flew home with us .
Now FDNYPudgie has over 1300 followers on instagram.
Due to his notoriety we have decided to have FDNYPudgie help us raise money for 2 of our charities.
The Fire Family Transport Foundation and the Thomas R Elsasser Fund are two great charities that help members of our job in so many ways .
