Kourageous Keith’s Wish

***update*** Kourgeous Keith went home to The Lord after years of battling cancer at his very young age of 12. While the original GoFundMe was to raise money for his last wish, others continued to donate after knowing he was transitioning into his next life. We are so thankful for all of your donations and want to be clear, the funds will be used towards funeral expenses, medical bills, etc.. This family has been fighting cancer for over 6 years- you can only imagine the cost. God bless you all!

Kourageous Keith, aka Keith Burkett, is a twelve year old boy from Stow, who has terminal cancer. Sadly, he wasn’t given a whole lot of time left to live without a miracle. He has been able to do and see a lot of miracles happen on his behalf, most recently with the early Christmas Parade that was put together in a short period of time, just for Keith.
As this little boy, has been fighting for his life the last 6 years, he definitely spends his time thinking about things he wishes he could do or have gotten to do, before the dreaded day comes.
As most of us know, parent or otherwise, the thought of losing a loved one, especially a child, is unimaginable.
Keith would like to walk his mother, his care taker, fighter, his everything, down the isle for her wedding! While she had already eloped, we would like to add this wish to Keith’s list!!! His health is declining rapidly and while he is still able to do this last thing for his mom, we are planning a small wedding on November 11, 2018. With that said, a venue was found after hours of calling and it is all inclusive including, dinner, dj, linens, security, bar tender, Hall, etc..
We need your help to raise these funds, as quickly as possible to hold the date and pay for the festivities. Let’s rally together and get this memory and wish in the books for Keith and his family
