Kord's Kidney Transplant

I was born with a disease called Hydronephrosis and that disease causes excess fluid in the kidneys which has slowly caused my kidneys to fail. I am currently attending Manhattan Christian College and I am on a transplant list now and I’m making this page to try to raise some money to help pay for the transplant.
