Kopper..........He is Keeper!

Kopper is a German Shepherd who has been beaten down by life. At 7 years old, we found him starved, emaciated, and with a host of medical issues, including an untreated leg and hip trauma- possibly from a car accident, heartworms, hookworms, whipworms, bacterial and fungal infections, and an unknown growth on his back end that we pray is not cancer. We are committed to rescuing him, but he will need significant veterinary care, including surgery. We ask for your help in this monumental task. Despite Kopper's tragic circumstances, this boy has shown no aggression, and seems to be in love with his caretakers.
