Kōkua our ‘Ohana to help my cousin Aston

Donation protected
In a matter of days Aston’s life has drastically changed. He is 32 years old and has so much more to live for. In a matter of days his life has been turned upside down. He was taken to the hospital on Oahu due to a stomach ache and what he thought was food poisoning.

After being admitted, tests and scans were performed and in result for him and the ‘Oahana to find out that he has been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. Doctors told the ‘Ohana that it is a rare and aggressive type of cancer.

It is medically termed as Neuroendocrine Tumor Cancer. He has a mass on his pancreas and it has spread to his liver and stomach. He has spots on his lungs and tumors on his shoulders and back.

We want to travel to a Specialist to treat his tumors and stop it from spreading. Aston is very special to our ohana, friends, Truck Crew Cruise, Hawaii Laborers' Apprenticeship & Training, Local 368.

Our ‘Ohana is desperate to find someone who can help us get the medical treatment that he needs.

The Doctor can only manage his pain and give him medicine but they have limited resources for this type of rare cancer.

Aston is keeping his options and willing to see what medicine can treat this to stop the pain which is constant and the spreading. Even if the Doctor said it is not curable we have strong faith in God that he can heal him and ease the pain. Miracles do happen and our ‘Ohana has strong faith and belief.

He is such a loving son, very hard worker, loves going on truck cruises with diferrent clubs and supporting causes. Aston also loves his companion pet Athena so much and enjoys her company.

Please help us prolong Aston’s life!

Mahalo in advance for all donations made to help Aston prolong his young life.

Our faith in God and support from friends and family like you are helping us to push through this difficult time. Thank you for your kokua and for remembering Aston and the rest of our `ohana in your prayers.
