Go Team Knollmead - a message from Dave Tan - Headteacher
Knollmead Primary School is a very special place. It offers a stimulating, inclusive, safe and happy environment where teaching inspires a love of learning and an enquiring mind.
We are very lucky to have the additional support of the Knollmead Friends Association (our PTA) which is invaluable in the difficult climate of cuts to education budgets. With this in mind, the Knollmead staff would like to support their work to raise money to enhance the books in all the classrooms and in the school library, and other resources to support the children's learning.
To kick start this , the staff will undertake a sponsored challenge at Richmond Park - on Saturday 11th May. The team will either be walking one lap (approximately 7 miles), running two laps (approximately 14 miles), or cycling four laps (approximately 28 miles).
No mean feat (maybe sore feet!) and they would very much welcome your support. Whatever amount you are able to sponsor will be gratefully received with the monies raised being used directly to benefit the children.
